What do I do now?

Contracts
  • You will receive all contracts as e-mails and all contracts may not arrive at the same time. ]You must digitally sign each contract. Not all contracts look the same; some are from SuranceBay that say "Urgent-Jerrod Ewing has invited..." while others will appear to come directly from the carrier. Refer to the email that lists the carriers we initiated for you--Did you get a contract for each carrier? ]If you cannot find a contract, please check your spam/junk folder or put the carrier's name in "Quotes" and search your email
Leads
  • 24 hours after you sign your contracts, the home office updates your profile to show you are licensed and contracted. You are eligible to request leads access after that update.
  • You must request leads access through your Equis dashboard. It can take the Leads department up to 24 hours to approve your request.

Writing Numbers
  • After you sign your contracts, don't expect to hear from most carriers. You will not receive writing numbers for most carriers until you submit business. Most carriers require you to submit business (usually as a paper app) before they contract/appoint you. There are exceptions! The following carriers will process your contract right away. You must wait for a writing number to submit business.
